Having a bag of gnocchi in the fridge like an emergency dinner, in case of lack of idea or just when I’m running short of time, has been such a relief. I would serve some fresh green salad, grilled veggies or after some cold cuts.
Broccoli is such a great vegetable. I just love it’s juicy trunk and flower full top. What I also like it’s how you can combine it in so many ways, never getting bored. One of the Italian traditional pasta recipes is for sure broccoli & sausage pasta
The combination of Italian fresh sausage and juicy broccoli is just delightful. Recipe for making broccoli and sausage pasta is easy to follow and for sure once you make it, this will become one of you fast Italian dinners that has all the ingredients needed – protein (both in sausage and broccoli), fiber from broccoli and carbs from pasta.
After a holiday season as a great cleansing for your body or during the flue period I just love to prepare this delicious Italian minestrone soup. Its full of vitamins and minerals our body craves in winter time.
What I love about it is that you can make it in short time and if you want, you can also add some bacon or small shape pasta in order to make it more filling.
For sure this is the best Vegetarian pasta with broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts you have tasted this year! 🙂
The other day I was going through a magazine and have found this recipe of vegetarian pasta with broccoli, cauliflower and Brussel sprouts. 3 sister vegetables combined together with Orecchiette pasta (to me this pasta looks more like little hats) made our delicious dinner.
Typically I would never combine all these ingredients myself, but once I have made the recipe my boyfriend loved it and I had to share it with my tribe.
It’s typical evening and I’m wondering what to prepare for dinner. My usual way is to open the fridge and name out loud all the ingredients we have and then collect the wishes. Tonight wish is pasta with tuna and capers.
Tortellini with sage and butter might be just one of your fastest dinner to make.
